Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made via www.simplebiohacks.com.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS & DOWNLOADS)

Due to the nature of digital products, special rules apply.

When you purchase a digital product (including ebooks and downloadable materials):

You receive immediate access to the content.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery.

You acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

As a result: All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact hello@simplebiohacks.com and we will assist you promptly.

We are committed to ensuring you receive access to the product you purchased.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If you purchase physical products from us, the following applies.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hello@simplebiohacks.com within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

- Items must be unused
- Items must be unopened
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

- Email hello@simplebiohacks.com
- Include your order number
- Provide details of your request

We will provide return instructions.

Unless the product is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives:

- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
- Missing

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@simplebiohacks.com.

Include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs (where applicable)

We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

- Receiving returned goods, or
- Confirming eligibility for refund (for faulty goods)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. CANCELLING ORDERS

We aim to process orders quickly.

If you wish to cancel an order:

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

6. REJECTED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

If a parcel is:

- Rejected at delivery, or
- Not collected and returned to us,

We will process a refund once the item has been received back, minus any delivery costs incurred.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If we introduce subscription products:

You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Cancellation instructions will be clearly provided in your account area or confirmation email.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Further subscription terms will be provided at launch.
