I created Simple Biohacks because most women don’t need more health advice.

We need simple, practical habits that actually work.

Small things that fit naturally into everyday life.
Small things that support the body instead of adding more pressure.

Through my own research and experimentation, one pattern became clear.

Many of the symptoms women experience — fatigue, bloating, brain fog, cravings and mood shifts — are connected through three systems that constantly influence each other:

Hello, it’s me!

Long before I ever used the word “biohacking”, I was already experimenting with how my body worked.

Exercise has always been my stress release. I’ve never liked having dinner after 6.30 and am usually in bed by 9.30. I naturally gravitate toward certain foods and routines that simply make me feel better. Yes, I am that girl who does squats whilst brushing her teeth!

But my curiosity deepened when my hormones became all over the place and doctors kept telling me everything was “normal”.

So I started digging deeper.

That curiosity eventually led me down the world of biohacking — exploring small changes that could support the body rather than fight it.

Along the way I also began exploring ways to help my mum and sister manage the inflammation and fatigue they experience with fibromyalgia.

What I discovered was surprisingly simple:

Small, consistent shifts can have a powerful effect on how the body feels.

And that idea eventually became Simple Biohacks.
